I had the privilege of being the external Lead Artist on Rise of the Tomb Raider and was responsible for the art direction, technical direction, and production management of all art being created by off site teams. Ultimately this ended up being all cinematic environment art, weapons, vehicles, collectibles and pickups, and hero props, and roughly 80%-90% of all set dressing props too. I provided all art and technical direction for all assets within the images, and worked in some capacity (high poly, low poly or texturing) on most of them as well.
